We look at the building as a whole: how air flows, how water moves, and how each structural component influences indoor health. Over the years, I’ve developed a thorough, multi-hour inspection process that leaves no room or system unchecked—from crawlspaces to HVAC systems, attic to basement.

My journey into the world of indoor environmental health began in 2003, hands-on in the field, cleaning up water damage and remediating mold. I worked my way up to manage operations at a full-service restoration company before founding HNST Mold Inspections in 2010 with one clear vision: to offer independent, expert mold assessment services—not cookie-cutter testing, and not remediation upsells.
